1 - Gluten

Cereals containing gluten (WHEAT, RYE, BARLEY, OATS, spelled, kamut or their hybridised strains) and products thereof, except: - Glucose syrup made from corn, including dextrose; - Malt dextrin made from corn; - Glucose syrups based on barley; - Cereals used for the manufacture of alcoholic distillates including alcohol etilicodi agricultural origin.

3 - Eggs

Eggs and egg (includes eggs of all species of animals oviparous)

4 - Fish

Fish and seafood products, except:
- Fish gelatine used as carrier for vitamin or carotenoid preparations;
- Gelatine or Isinglass used as fining agent in beer and wine.

5 - Peanuts

Peanuts and peanut-based products

6 - Soy

Soybeans and products thereof, except:
- Refined soybean oil and fat;
- Natural mixed tocopherols (E306), tocopherol D-alpha tocopherol, natural D-alpha tocopherol, natural D-alpha tocopherol succinate from soybean;
- Vegetable oils derived phytosterols and phytosterol esters from soybean sources;
- Plant stanol ester produced from vegetable oil sterols do soy

7 - Milk

Milk and milk-based products (including lactose), except: - Whey used for making alcoholic distillates including the alcohol of agricultural origin; - Lattiolo. (this includes milk cow, goat, sheep, and all types of products derived from it).

8 - Nuts

Nuts namely: - ALMOND (Amygdalus communis L.), HAZELNUTS (Corylus avellana), WALNUTS (Juglans regia), Cashew '(Western Anacardium), NUTS PECAN [Carya illinoiensis (Wangenh) K. Koch], BRAZIL NUTS (Brazil nut ), PISTACHIOS (Pistacia vera), macadamia or Queensland nuts (Macadamia ternifoliae) their products, except for nuts used for making alcoholic distillates including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin

11 - Sesame seeds

Sesame seeds and products based on sesame seeds

12 - Sulphur dioxide and sulphites

Sulfur dioxide and sulphites at concentrations of more than 10mg/kg or 10mg/l expressed in terms of the total SO2 to be calculated for products as well as proposed ready for consumption or as reconstituted according to manufacturers' instructions
